Why I Teach Refinishing This Way

I learned furniture refinishing while living in Europe, where much of the advice and products you see online simply aren’t available.

That meant I had to understand how wood, veneer, stains, and finishes actually behave instead of relying on brand shortcuts.


That experience shaped how I approach every piece and how I teach refinishing today.
